Frank is the President and CEO of Pacific Pools. An entrepreneur at heart, he founded the first Pacific in 1986 in Columbus Ohio where he grew the first company from 18 clients to 400 in the late 80’s and early 90’s. In 1995 he moved to Steamboat Springs, CO and founded Pacific Pool & Spa.
Finally, in 2005, Pacific Pools opened for service in the great state of TEXAS! Frank brings 30+ years’ worth of experience in taking care of some of the best pools in the country to supporting his management team and, most importantly, Pacific Pools amazing clients. Frank is 100% committed to providing the best possible experience for each and every client. Franks approach from day one back in 1986 was to innovate and improve, and that hasn’t changed to this day!
Holly is Pacific Pool’s General Manager. As such, she plays a key role in overseeing everything from the techs in the field to the day to day operations of the company. Holly has years in management underneath her belt, and leads the Pacific Team with terrific team building and customer service skills. She is the head of all of our routing and customer information, and also our leader in software and billing technology.
Holly is originally from Washington, and when she’s not busy running the office, she loves to spend time with her husband, 3 children, and 2 fur babies.
Jeff is Pacific Pools Service Manager. He is responsible for all aspects of equipment repair, maintenance, and replacement for all Pacific clients. Jeff has an awesome and extensive experience in service in the pool industry.
Jeff is reliable and perceptive in his craft. Exhibiting kindness and willingness to help our customers is his primary goal. Jeff’s professionalism and attention to detail is an asset which serves the Pacific Pools family well.

Van is Pacific Pools’ Sales & Pool Tech Manager, and is responsible for over a dozen Pool Cleaning Technicians throughout the DFW area. With 25 years industry experience, and a background as a teacher for many years, Van is ideally suited to select, train, and manage the team responsible for cleaning for all of Pacific Pools clients.
Van takes pride in his extensive knowledge and has a passion for serving. He understands the importance of consistency when it comes to maintaining your pool. Being in this field has allowed him to recognize common problems and determine what methods are best to resolve the issues.
Everything from weekly maintenance to leak detection tests, Van is knowledgeable in all aspects of your pool. He is fully committed to serving you and making sure your pool is looking its absolute best.

Emergency On-Call Team
Our Emergency On-Call Team is made up of 5 senior pool techs who rotate to be On-Call for after hours emergencies. These experienced & reliable techs are available via Pacific Pools’ emergency call line should your equipment fail outside of business hours, to take the necessary steps to ensure your equipment is safe until a member of our service team can assess what repairs may be needed. Should you have an emergency, rest assured that Pacific Pools has your back!
